Here at Future we believe in good customer service, meaning all orders are processed and sent out ASAP! If you have purchased an in stock item, it will be shipped latest the next working day. We always ensure our sunglasses are adequately packaged to avoid damage during shipping!
United Kingdom Shipping -
We offer 2 different options for UK shipping, standard and next day. We ship using her Majesty's Royal Mail service, so your items are in good, safe hands!
International Shipping -
We offer one flat rate for international shipping to all countries. Please be patient when waiting for this service, as it can take a varying amount of time due to different countries customs policies etc. When the items leave the UK we cannot be held responsible for any extra fees occurred during arrival into your country, these additional taxes are your responsibility to pay so please do your research before purchase.
All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date!
General Returns - If you would like a refund on your sunglasses then please contact email@example.com and let us know. You are entitled to this as long as they are in the unused, new condition as they were when we sent them to you. Your refund will be issued upon your items arrival back to us. For this you will need to cover the cost of your return shipping, as our shipping is free our shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund upon the items return, this cost is very transparent as it is generally on the front of the shipping label.
Other Returns - If we have made a mistake with the pair of sunglasses we have sent you then you are entitled to a refund/reship, in this instance we will cover the return postage cost and send you the correct product.
